We take complete responsibility for obtaining the seeds by working closely with local farmers and choosing trusted local sellers, who provide us the freshest and the ripest seeds of them all.

To ensure that only the best product makes its way to your table, we house a particular machine which allows us to process and inspect all the vital characteristics of the sample seeds and see how they will turn out. This way, we can check the length of the grain, the yield, and how the product performs during cooking. Only the seeds that check all marks are the ones that are a part of our offerings.
