Processing is an essential step in the process of curating the best product, one that requires deep attention to detail to ensure the best quality. We understand the significance of product maturity as it directly affects cooking excellence.
Once our meticulously selected paddy passes our rigorous quality tests, it then proceeds to our processing facility equipped with state-of-the-art technology. Within our facility is our cutting-edge steam dryer, using which we perfectly control the moisture content in the product. The product is then headed to the storage, where it rests for a minimum of 72 hours to reach its peak quality.
